BWE currently operates with a waitlist for membership which is typically 2 – 3 seasons. To secure your spot on the list, complete the form and pay a one-time, non-refundable $50 fee. Please see below for more information on our waitlist policy.
Application Process:
To join the waitlist, an application must be submitted along with a non-refundable deposit of $50. If you choose to join when an offer is extended, your membership account will be credited with 5 guest passes post-enrollment.
Membership Offer Process:
Membership opportunities are extended to waitlist applicants on a first-come, first-served basis as spots become available. The club will reach out via email, to the primary email address provided during the initial application, to offer membership. The pending member has a maximum of 7 days to accept the offer and pay membership and initiation fees.
If the pending member fails to accept the offer by the end of the 7-day period, the offer is rescinded, and the applicant is removed from the waitlist. Any waitlist application fees will not be refunded. You are welcome to join the waitlist again.
Membership Types & 2025 Fees
Family Membership $750
Family Membership comprises all individuals living in the household (college-aged included up to the age of 26).
Individual / Couple Membership $450
Individual / Couple Membership includes a maximum of two persons.
One-Time Initiation Fee $2750
